Position Overview:
Drives Security Enhancements for Products & Solutions as part of the Business Units’ development processes. Develops and maintains product and solution development security standards across the software / product development lifecycles and delivery frameworks with engineering, business process and other teams. Assesses product threats and vulnerabilities, analyzes data and code, identifies inconsistencies and potential problem areas and designs appropriate solutions. Ensures ongoing monitoring of assigned Products & Solutions to identify emerging threats and help develop new solution recommendations. Performs /outsources ethical hacking exercises to identify potential security weaknesses in DN products and solutions. Assists in Incident Response processes to address customer related product and solution security issues. Supports external knowledge and security alert sharing through customer portal and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides product security engineering support for an assigned set of products, applications or system elements.
- Works with product and technical teams to perform design and code reviews from a security perspective.
- Performs basic security tasks including threat modeling, developer training, and security use-case test development.
- Conducts threat assessments, identifies vulnerabilities and recommends solutions to engineering and product teams.
- Supports security audit coordination and implementation of action plans to address audit findings.
- Supports the coordination, tracking and prioritization of products, application and system security patching efforts.
- Supports development of security architecture, policies and standards.
- Supports incident response.
Required Qualification:
- Degree in IT, Security or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Product and Solution Security
- Good business English skills (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge on product & solution security related processes and procedures
- Knowledge on consulting principles including process analysis and fraud/security knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint, MS Word
- Ability to travel
