Intercompany Accountant

Job Description: Pay Range: $40hr - $45hr... Responsibilities: • Process weekly debit runs and financial payments, clearing open items as needed. • Prepare and manage outgoing Intercompany ITAs. • Reconcile intercompany balances and perform reclassifications at month-end, ensuring accurate financial reporting. • Issue system-generated intercompany invoices and perform manual adjustments as required. • Perform revaluation of foreign currency transactions to reflect accurate financial positions. • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Assist with the Intercompany Center (ICC) Project, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. • Support system implementations and perform user acceptance testing to ensure smooth transitions. • Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports, providing insights to support decision-making and special projects. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting with 2+ years of intercompany or general ledger accounting experience. • ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP accounting software. • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of inter-company business process flow. • Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Detail Orientation: Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. • Flexibility: Willingness to periodically work under a flexible schedule and travel domestically or internationally as required
