Contract - Training Specialist, Clinical Compliance & Training

Cytokinetics, a biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs to enhance their clinical development efforts.

Skills

Knowledge of instructional design theory
Experience with learning management systems
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with course development software

Responsibilities

Maintain department training completion metrics
Map out annual training plans for Clinical Development departments
Craft and develop training programs
Select appropriate training methods or activities and provide information about sessions
Conduct training needs assessments
Design, prepare and present informational aids and materials
Collect feedback from trainers and trainees
Develop or oversee the production of instructional materials

Education

BA/BS degree
Relevant work experience in training or instructional design
