Enterprise Application Architect

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with IT leadership and business stakeholders to establish strategies for applications and data.
Convert business and technical requirements into an architectural framework to meet business objectives, documenting all aspects of solution architecture design and analysis.
Ensure that the target enterprise application and data architecture aligns with the overarching business strategy and goals.
Identify current state gaps and develop roadmap initiatives to reach the desired target state.
Promote technology innovation planning and evaluate technical feasibility.
Establish and uphold standards, policies, and procedures for application and data architecture.
Ensure compliance of application and data architecture and solutions with established architectural standards.
Oversee tools and processes that support application and data architecture functions.
Manage the governance of overall application and data architecture.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
Promote community awareness and enhance knowledge through upskilling initiatives.
Lead the assessment, design, and analysis necessary for implementing solution architecture across specified business applications or technologies, in alignment with enterprise business strategies, business requirements, and enterprise standards.
Ensure the application project portfolio is in line with the overall application and data strategy.
Offer solution guidance to facilitate high-quality designs that are strategically aligned.
Comply with internal company policies and processes as outlined by relevant internal teams, including Compliance, HR SOPs, and others.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Microsoft MB700 Certification (Dynamics365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect)
Microsoft PL600 Certification PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
Certified Data Management Professional
Proven experience as an Application Architect, Data Management Professional or similar role in an enterprise environment.
Proven experience working with application and data architecture frameworks (TOGAF)
Leadership skills to motivate and lead teams through direct as well as indirect management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work well within a team, taking on tasks during busy periods, assisting colleagues, and providing guidance to other staff members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting information from multiple sources with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Fluent in English; Czech and or French advantage
