About the role:
With the continued growth of the company, D-Wave has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will cover the essentials of searching for top talent and help develop recruiting strategies that promote effective methods to source and evaluate talent for D-Wave and maintain quality candidate pipelines for key positions and proactive growth. You will interface directly with company leadership across product, professional services, and functional teams, working closely with key cross-functional stakeholders in driving a talent agenda that aligns with business priorities. This role can be fully remote from the US or Canada or can be hybrid from our Burnaby office in British Columbia, Canada. Are you a builder? Do you thrive in high growth ambiguous environments?
