Field Engineer - Energy Systems

D2B Groups is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Field Engineer specializing in Energy Systems. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing energy system projects in the field, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and in compliance with project specifications. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers and design engineers to develop and review field execution plans.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning of energy systems.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or challenges that arise during the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports on project status and field activities.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the energy systems industry or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with energy system installations or commissioning.
• Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, including renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
