Overview:
This role will provide all-around support in monitoring, developing, and ensuring accuracy among reports/data to the accounts payable department.
DaBella is a home improvement company that specializes in residential remodeling, and we are actively looking for individuals who want to grow and develop with us as a company. We currently have 38 markets in 15 states and continuing to expand across the nation we are seeking to add a valuable member to our organization that will assist our accounting department in a clerical and professional way.
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly

Qualifications:
- Extreme attention to detail
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Equivalent experience in a clerical or administrative environment related to the accounting department
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Essential Functions:
- Reviewing of initial contracts to ensure gross amount is being accurately reported
- Maintaining accurate and current price lists for all suppliers
- Assist the Financial Controller and Accounting Manager with any month-end or closing tasks
- Perform analysis and reconcile vendor statements
- Create/Process weekly check runs
- Establish and develop vendor relations
- Process high-volume transactions
- End-of-month audits of customer accounts, P&L reports, and other assigned tasks as needed
