The Daily Wire is looking for a Senior Manager of Market Research to join the team! The Senior Manager, Market Research is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive research initiatives that inform The Daily Wire’s strategic direction, content creation, lifecycle, performance marketing, and broader marketing efforts. This role manages internal and external data sources to uncover insights about market dynamics, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. These insights form the foundation for data-driven decision-making across The Daily Wire’s brands and product extensions, including Bentkey Kids and Consumer Packaged Goods.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute robust market research strategies to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Deliver insights that guide marketing strategies, product launches, and audience growth across The Daily Wire portfolio.
Stay ahead of market research best practices and emerging industry trends.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and advanced data analysis.
• Manage third-party vendors (e.g., Harris Polls, qualitative and quantitative research firms) to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Lead the strategy and reporting for performance dashboards across paid media, lifecycle, SEO, and partnerships.
• Analyze top-of-funnel (TOF) brand and podcast campaigns, tracking uplift and making recommendations for optimization.
• Measure and report on lifecycle marketing efforts across email, push, and customer journey touchpoints.
• Own UTM structure management and platform attribution support.
• Fulfill one-off reporting needs quickly and accurately.
• Work closely with internal teams—marketing, product, content—to ensure insights are integrated into key decisions.
• Present research findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Experience & Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in market research, consumer insights, or related field.
• Proven success in designing and executing impactful research projects.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience leading and mentoring research professionals.
• Skilled with survey platforms, data analysis software, and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving business impact through insights.
• Strong team player with G-Suite proficiency.
• Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate
