Inside the RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python, application development, and data engineering to join our embedded analytics team within Quality Management. This role supports both manufacturing operations and in-use product performance, working with large datasets to drive decision-making and improve product reliability.The ideal candidate has experience developing data pipelines, analytics applications, and interactive dashboards to support business intelligence, reliability analysis, and risk assessments. While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.We Take Care of Our TeamPosition offers a starting salary range of $110,500 – $141,500 USDPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.Benefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.What You Drive at DTNA• Analyze large datasets to assess the overall performance of business segments• Develop and maintain full-stack applications and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making• Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for ingesting, processing, and analyzing quality and operational data• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate complex relationships, trends, and insights• Collaborate with Quality Management teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop metrics, performance KPIs, and analytical models• Assist in the development of AI-driven applications, particularly in time-series analysis, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and ML-driven diagnostics.• Network and collaborate with global, regional, and local analytics/IT teamsKnowledge You Should Bring• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, or another related field• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, data engineering, or business intelligence.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights• Prior work with Cloud infrastructure/PaaS services (Azure, AWS, etc.)• Experience with training and deploying ML models• Experience with developing and interacting with APIs• Prior work with data modeling, data marts, data warehouses (SQL, Python, SAP, etc.)Exceptional Candidates Might Have• Prior work as Data/Solution Architect• Background in statistical modeling, reliability analysis, or risk assessment.• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab)• Familiar with Palantir Foundry or similar cloud-based analytics platforms• Proficiency in Python, with experience using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or DjangoWhere We WorkThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-Detroit, MI US.
