What does a day look like for you here? 

You will be at the forefront of driving transformation across the organisation, focusing on smooth implementation and maximising the impact of change. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead key change initiatives, ensuring adoption and minimal resistance across all stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and teams to develop strategies, manage risks, and continuously improve processes. Your focus will be on delivering successful outcomes that align with business goals, while tracking and reporting on progress. 4. Risk and Impact Assessment Expertise – Proficient in identifying and addressing risks, and developing actionable solutions to manage change effectively.
5. Resilience and Adaptability – Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a strong ability to manage resistance and support employees through periods of change.
