This role can be remote in the US within the Eastern or Central time zone to encourage collaboration with our international associates in Europe. Ideally will be located in the north/northeast US from Chicago to Cortland, NY as traveling to our offices in NY and Ontario for strategy meetings is anticipated when travel restrictions are lifted.
Essential Functions:
Serve as a central point of... contact for managers and employees to offer support with a specific focus on employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, retention, Diversity & Inclusion. Advise, influence and guide all levels of management on HR implications of business strategies and all aspects of people management and leadership. Synthesizes information from multiple sources to create short and long-term strategies and solutions that proactively address future organizational and talent needs. Lead the annual performance management processes; facilitate calibration and helps drive appropriate differentiation of ratings and rewards. Work with managers to pro-actively address performance issues Anticipate the need for change and influence change proactively. Partner with Recruiting to provide strategic staffing and recruitment consultation. Assist in identifying, interviewing and selecting candidates for open roles within assigned client groups. Use multiple HR processes and Danaher Business System tools to holistically address business needs and impact critical metrics. Develops and carries out project plans, providing direction to and holding team members accountable for programs Requirements:
BA or BS degree preferred 7
years of relevant HR experience Experience with leadership development, succession / organizational planning, organizational development and executive coaching Effective interpersonal and facilitation skills including the ability to champion and communicate the rationale, vision and strategy behind projects Comfort around and ability to coach senior leaders and to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues Continuous improvement mentality and experience leading cross-functional projects and successfully using tools to improve processes Ability to translate strategy into tactical execution.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
