About the Role
We’re hiring a contract technical sourcer to support our growing talent function and fuel the company's amazing growth. This person will work closely with a team of high-performing recruiters & recruiting coordinators to build a high-velocity recruiting engine. This is a great role for someone looking to contribute to our company's explosive growth.
This role is for a 4 month contract
What You'll Do
Source top-tier tech candidates across numerous roles: Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Product, Data and Software Engineering
Take full responsibility for volume of qualified candidates at the ‘top-of-funnel’ in each of the searches and pipelines which you support
Learn the Dandy talent bar and how to identify competitive candidate profiles
Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing and help build scalable processes to work smarter, not just harder
Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidate profile calibration and understand their teams needs
Work together with the coordination team to get candidates into their respective interview processes
Develop creative sourcing strategies for both high volume and niche roles
Provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience as a technical sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for Machine Learning, Engineering and Product roles
Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline; must be able to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts
Ability to move through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making
Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
