About the Role
Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to become part of our inclusive and expanding venture-supported company. You’ll own all coordination activities for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design (EPD). You’ll be collaborating with our Technical Recruiter to schedule interviews, manage interview processes, and help source for pipeline engineering roles. You will also partner with our Recruiting Operations team to roll out exciting recruiting projects and initiatives.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with various teams to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all candidates.
Work to build out our Ashby ATS instance and find new efficiencies that will help the recruiting team work smarter and not just harder.
Keep all job postings and interview plans current and well-documented.
Anticipate the needs of candidates and interview panel members, providing quick and thoughtful solutions.
Explore and apply innovative strategies for identifying talent and fostering cohesive teams.
Contribute to sourcing projects to drive new candidate acquisition.
Join forces with our Talent Leadership and Recruitment Team to achieve our inclusive hiring objectives.
Engage in projects to discover new avenues for candidate engagement.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $63-72k plus equity. Actual compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the primary work location and the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
