Data Analyst (TS/SCI clearance)

Riverside Research is seeking full-time Data Analyst to support Director, Air Force Chief Data Office (SAF/CO) sponsored activities across the Air Force Enterprise to ensure the visibility, accessibility, understanding, sharing, and trustworthiness of data across air, space, and cyberspace domains. Candidates will provide subject matter expertise in and perform on multidisciplinary teams that support data preparation and architecture, development of agile algorithmic solutions, evaluate and/or execute data governance and data maturity models; and conduct data analytics using state of the art mathematical and machine learning/artificial intelligence techniques and other data analytic lines of research/effort.
This position can be based out of Boston MA area.

Job Duties
- Performs data analysis of structured and unstructured data using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.
- Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current operations or issues.
- Works closely with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
- May handle special analytical projects as needed.
- May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture operational information.
- May assist less experienced analysts.
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related relevant field such as statistics or operations research.
- Four (4) or more years of experience in data analytics or a field relevant to the requirement.
- Familiarity with the manipulation of unstructured data in a data analytics environment, and the use of open-source tools, cloud computing, machine learning and data visualization and appropriate, relevant programming languages.
