The Data Analyst position is a key role in the Office of Contractor Assurance – Performance Oversight Department, responsible for various database administration/management and data governance activities in support of and in collaboration with enterprise initiatives.
You will:

Own the process to capture and maintain standard data definitions for each data element, conformed item, and calculated item available for use in the data environment.

Coordinate with various groups to establish and maintain standard and consistent definitions; identify key performance indicators, as defined by senior management and key collaborators to ensure alignment with other business units.

Coordinate with related Information Technology teams to ensure alignment of data definition across the enterprise, and coordinate with IT on the establishment of standard definitions as available fields in the data environment.

Lead the process to identify, prioritize, and complete data quality improvement initiatives to ensure that high-quality, accurate data is available for use in the data environment.

Participate in profiling data from various sources to identify and understand current-state data quality, lead and coordinate data quality improvement efforts from source system inputs to the final presentation through the data warehouse.

Participate in enterprise data quality discussions and initiatives to ensure alignment across the bank.

Lead the process of collecting data and preparing important reports and dashboards.

Perform sophisticated joins between different data sources to create single unified views.

Prepare and is responsible for the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Develop and implement plans to use predictive modeling, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to explore data and answer specific research questions.

Lead the secure collection, cleaning, standardization, transformation, and storing of data from various sources.

Collaborate with other functions across the Office of Contractor Assurance to continuously improve processes.
We are looking for:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical science, computer information systems, information technology, economics, or a mathematics subject area.

Overall experience in analytics should be 7-10 years.

At least 5 years of experience using SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint or other tools to query, extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
