What You'll Do:

As T&S Data Analyst, you will influence decision-making through quality and depth of analytical insights and recommendations for improvement. In particular, you will focus on the following:

Performance Reporting and Analysis

  • Responsible for optimizing our performance reporting structure and repeatable process
  • Help further develop and optimize our KPI dashboard
  • Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
  • Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner

Analytical support for various teams

  • Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and with our partners.
  • Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modeling

Building a performance focused culture

  • Work with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of programs to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set.
  • Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance are integrated into everything we do.

You will Report to the General Manager, Trust & Safety

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Data Analyst
  • Solid track record of reliably monitoring performance metrics
  • Expert level in SQL
  • Experience working with Big Data tools such as BigQuery and Spark
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Expertise in data visualization and discovery tools such as Tableau & Sigma
  • BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent
  • Experience working with customers- reporting, sitting on meetings

What You'll Get:

The compensation package for the Data Analyst, T& S role includes an annual salary ranging between $120,000- $150,000 OTE (based on candidates' experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for Bonus, equity, and benefits, including:
