As a Partner Success Director, you are responsible for the overall health, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities across your portfolio of accounts. You'll bring a team player attitude, evangelize in OpenWeb's mission, and translate your passion for Partner Success into every touchpoint with your partners. You oversee and cultivate strategic accounts and guide the team on the tools and resources needed to address foreseeable challenges. You'll interact with senior leadership internally and externally, and play an important role in overall partner advocacy.

The compensation package for the Partner Success Director role includes an annual salary ranging between $140,000-$160,000 (based on candidate's experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for quarterly commissions, equity and benefits including:
