To grow our global presence we are scaling up our training portfolio and training content. We need an intern who can support us with the offline and online training designs. We are currently lifting the quality of our trainings by basing ourselves even more on science-based research and the experience we gained over the past years with our learners.
To tackle it and help us to constantly grow, you are able to combine science with practical application of theories in one of our Power Skills. You are also a self-starter who can work independently.

Help to create inspiring trainings and content on various (hard-skill) topics;
Assist trainers in developing new training modules;
Co-create the so-called Lepaya ‘learning bites’;
Create slidedecks;
Analyzing best practices and the impact of the Lepaya learning experience;
Constantly looking for procedural and process changes to improve operational efficiency;
Passion for and an affinity for learning and personal growth;
Proactive and independent in your work;
You know your way with any of these tools: Excel, Power BI or Tableau;
You are analytical and result-driven;
Fluent in English;
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program;
