Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Why we need you

We are expanding at an accelerating pace. To date, we have around ~160 employees across Europe, and we need to grow tremendously to keep up with our growth ambitions. Therefore, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us in attracting the triple-A talent that is required to make the next step in all our positions.

As a scale-up, we do not yet have the name recognition resulting in massive inflow for all positions. Hence, we are looking for someone that is excited to work side by side with a dynamic Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers driving sourcing strategies, executing tactical research, filling our talent pipelines and bringing top talent to Lepaya!

What you’ll achieve in your first year

  • Help us scale the Lepaya team by 50 % until the end of the year

  • Partner with internal Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the sourcing strategies for our key roles;

  • Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and networking for both Tech and non-tech roles;

  • Craft and send recruiting emails to candidates while keeping the recruiting team informed of the progress;

  • Conduct searches and Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter);

  • Identify high quality candidates to fill senior key roles in our Tech and non-Tech departments;

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of sourcing (or related) experience in a fast-paced environment (scale up or agency)

  • You are passionate about researching the market, looking for potential candidates and coming up with innovative sourcing strategies

  • You consider yourself someone who enjoys taking ownership and has a pro-active & solution-oriented mindset;

  • You love getting creative and know how to write in a fun, engaging & insightful way

  • You approach people with curiosity and an analytical mindset - you make the most out of every candidate interaction to ensure that in the end we find the right match;

  • Fluency in English
