Job Summary:
Synechron Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and Analytics Regional Practice Head to lead our team of professionals and drive the continued build-out of our data capability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with Account teams, develop and implement strategies for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality work that meets client expectations and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry experts.
• Manage the team's resource allocation across multiple client accounts.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data and analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Practice Leads from all regions to help build out and mature the global capability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of generating new business and expanding existing client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate confidently with all levels within a client org starting from c-suite.
• Ability to manage a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience of setting and implementing a data strategy
• Experience of designing and building data architecture solutions.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance and Data Management approaches
• Able to work in a Hybrid environment - office/client site and remotely
