Same Difference – Our D&I Initiative
At Synechron, we are committed to foster an inclusive culture – one which promotes equality, values diversity, and encourages an environment that is respectful to all. We are extremely proud of our culturally diverse Synechron family! Our strength lies in embracing the diversity and cultivating an atmosphere that helps to flourish the unique life experiences, knowledge, and talents each of us possesses. In order to strengthen our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) agenda, we recently launched Same Difference – Synechron’s own D&I initiative

At Synechron, We understand that D&I programs work best when we help each other liberate, and to make it more involving, hence we are always encouraging and welcoming Synechronites to participate in our Working Groups on Gender Diversity and LGBTQ. These groups, more like vanguards, provide a platform to engage with different perspectives, aiming to actively promote policies and initiatives that are devised or recommended by members across Synechron.
