JOB SUMMARY

Enter departmental information into NOV’s systems and databases while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to accuracy and department standards
• Examine data records, inspect and record incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes and other potential problems in processing
• Assist in cycle counts and other inventory related activities
• Assist in monitoring of manufacturing processes and impacts to schedule and On-Time Delivery.
• Assist in production scheduling and reporting, communication of scheduled delivery dates to Customer Service
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years verifiable work experience
