As an Data Entry Operator, based in the Brussels office, you will form part of a dynamic team of professionals that drive the business. You will be part of the Claims team, and your main job purpose will be to guarantee an accurate and quick payment to each client.
Description
After an initial training, the candidate will receive several and different payment requests forms.
The candidate will be able to understand the payment details mentioned in these Forms and he/she will start as follows:
- Filling an internal excel file with the relevant payments’ details (amounts and codes);

Booking with high accuracy these details first into our system Genius and afterwards into our system SharePoint.
Profile

Experience in data entry (minimum 2 years)

Fluent in English

Accurate and meticulous approach

Ability of staying focus for hours on a repetitive task with a lot of exceptions and details to assess

Keen on figures and deep knowledge of Excel

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Positive and Calm attitude

Respect of the deadline due to the schedule of the accounting period

Knowledge of Genius or SharePoint is an asset
