We have a great opportunity for an Analyst to join our Global Data Services team! The Data Governance Analyst will positively impact the company through product data setup/maintenance activities, data auditing and reporting. As a part of the Global Data Services team you will help ensure the timely availability, accuracy and integrity of Hasbro's product data, playing a meaningful role assisting the team in meeting the organization's objectives. A day in the life of a Data Governance Analyst:

• You will manage the entire material data creation process for multiple brands - tracking the data progression in our systems against development timelines for loading global materials.
• Monitoring key milestone dates in the development cycle and following up with cross functional team members to ensure necessary pieces of product data are available in the system for each due date. This includes meetings, phone calls, emails and IM communication on a regular basis to manage the workflow.
• Be a gatekeeper for product data edits, ensuring all requests are aligned with our global data standards.
• Educating and re-enforcing global data standards with business partners around the world.
• In this role you will be analyzing product/ packaging refreshes and partnering with the development teams to determine the accurate standards to apply for each business scenario.
• You will perform data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency with our product data.
• Review packaging artwork to confirm accuracy of high impact data elements such as barcode, age grade, material description, battery content etc.

What you'll bring:

• Proficient in MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP formulas etc.)
• Experience with building or running reports in tools such as SAP BO & Power BI
• Good interpersonal skills are required for collaboration with team members and multi-functional partners
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving and analytical approach
• Hardworking, flexible, ability to adapt to constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to influence at a variety of levels internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
