Data Intelligence Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities:

  • Be the subject matter expert for the Main Axonius User Interface and Configuration
  • Guide customers on best practices using the Axonius UI
  • Be a point of communication for all departments for using the Axonius Platform.
  • Create content and educate internal and external audiences with the Axonius community, documentation, and training through video and written format.
  • Take part in webinars and customer conversations regarding the data intelligence and how to utilize data and maximize the Axonius CAM Platform.
  • Work with the TAM, SE, and Support teams on the best solutions for customers
  • Update whitepapers and community posts for educational purposes
  • Work with the Product Management team on future API developments using feedback gathered from the field
  • Lead internal and external training sessions
  • Work with customers on maximizing the Axonius platform and help them grow usage through promotion of new adapters and use cases.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years industry experience in a SME, TAM, Sales Engineering, or other customer facing technical role
  • Be a subject matter expert on data analysis or platform management
  • Strong understanding of data ingestion
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and ask questions when you need help.
  • Positive attitude, customer focus, and strong sense of ownership over customer results
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Naturally team-oriented with a mission-first attitude

Advantages:

  • Technical background in Internet security principles (Understanding of switches, routers, and vlans)
  • IAM management experience
  • SSO management experience
  • Background leveraging Postman
  • Hands on experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.
  • Experience building and delivering a technical partner enablement program
