What you’ll Need:

• Demonstrated technical excellence across modeling disciplines relevant to personalization (e.g., standard classifiers, active learning, bandit frameworks, reinforcement learning, causal inference, transformers)
• Demonstrated ability to address systems-level topics (incl. experiment design/ management, uncertainty estimation, modeling toolchain/ data pipelines/ deployment/ monitoring)
• Advanced degree in technical field preferred (e.g., Master’s Degree or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Bioinformatics, Econometrics or related field).

What We Would Like:

• Experience in healthcare- and retirement-related data.
• Experience working on personalization systems (e.g., in ad-tech or e-commerce settings).
• Prior or ongoing academic/ industry published research contribution.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $128,100.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $203,600.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
