Right now, we are looking for a Data Quality Manager to join our IT Team in San Antonio, TX. This person will be a champion of the Pabst enterprise data. They will track and maintain data integrity and educate data consumers with definitions, standards, practices, timing, and flow of the information through all Pabst systems and processes. The Data Quality Manager is the ‘face’ of data to the Pabst organization.

What You'll Do:
- Provide quality assurance of internal and external data
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Work with data providers to ensure adherence to Pabst standards
- First responder of data issues and inquiries
- Create data documentation
- Educate end-users on data definitions
- Educate end-users on data flow and lifecycles
- Help develop reports and analysis
- Maintain relationships with data application vendors
What You'll Need:
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in Data Analyst role or similar
- Leadership experience, customer service oriented
- Understands Data Structures/Processes/Analysis
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
- Ability to work in close orchestration with Data Engineers for the successful achievement of goals
- Ability to gain expertise in existing tools and databases and provide recommendations
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
- Demonstrated experience in working with large data sets and relational databases
- Demonstrated experience with Analytical and Reporting tools
- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
