🌟 Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Data Scientist who’s excited about building a foundational understanding of the Pulley platform ecosystem to guide strategic product investment. As a Data Scientist, you would analyze the needs of users from founders to investors, and identify opportunities to drive retention and top-of-funnel growth.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Design and monitor core metrics for usage on the Pulley platform synthesizing signals from product usage to customer service interactions; understand root causes of metric movements
• Identify trends and opportunities to drive product growth and build a healthy Pulley ecosystem to support companies growing from seed to IPO
• Create analytical frameworks, metric strategies, and data models to help teams measure and reach success
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify patterns of behavior and drive product strategy with clear data narratives

• 3+ years experience
• Experience: SQL, Data visualization, Python/R/Stata
• Preferred experience: causal inference and experimentation
