Senior Manager of Merchandising

Ruggable is a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand based in Los Angeles, California disrupting the home décor industry. They are looking for a Senior Manager of Merchandising to maximize the performance of the product assortment.

Skills

Strong quantitative problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in home goods and/or fashion merchandising
Experience in eCommerce/DTC environment
Ability to manage high-visibility cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

Develop a compelling and actionable merchandising strategy
Deliver annual merchandising plan, brand narratives, and quarterly reviews
Partner with design and product management teams to guide product assortment decisions
Curate textile design assortment and recommend design updates
Utilize merchandising analytics to optimize product offerings and enhance customer journey

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion Management, or related field
