Job Title: Data Security Engineer – Enterprise Data

Locations: Des Moines, IA, Chicago, IL, Sioux Falls, SD, Fargo, ND, Remote

Ideal candidate has the following experience:

In support of the Enterprise Data Team, develops and carries out processes to support information security standards and policies.
Develops strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach. Investigates and communicates security breaches and their impact/resolution.
Delivers awareness training to the workforce on data security processes.
Work with the Enterprise Data team to implement security-first engineering practices.
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

Additional Requirements and Experience:

4 + Year of Data Security experience - Required
ETL Development Skills using Mulesoft - Required
Data Analysis and Data Profiling experience - Required
Administrative knowledge of Data Governance tools – AXON, EDC, IDQ, MDM - preferred
Experience presenting to all levels of leadership required.

Qualifications:

College Degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems preferred
Minimum 8 years' IT development experience or equivalent preferred
Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff
Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems
Able to work on multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
Able to effectively direct and coordinate the work of other team members on a project without having HR management responsibility for them
$67,643 - $140,923 - Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire
