They could use more up to date things and make some systems a little easier to do now. Employee Stock Ownership Plan
At Wawa, we offer you the chance to take stock in your future – literally! With our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), associates can benefit from the positive impact they have on our growth. As of today, approximately 13,000 Wawa associates participate in our ESOP and collectively have a 38% ownership stake in the company.
This July marked the 10th anniversary of our first store in Florida! We thank our Associates for being a part of our journey in the Sunshine State to delight customers and support their communities every day.
By the end of 2022, Florida will be home to 250 stores, 10K associates, and $10 million donated to community causes supported by Wawa and The Wawa Foundation.
