The Enterprise Data Governance Framework enables the firm to maximize the ability to generate value through
its data in a structured, consistent, scalable and trusted manner. The data steward role is a tangible function of
the firm's data governance framework – ensuring our data is cared for through its complete lifecycle, as an
enterprise asset. Data stewards partner across the firm to ensure data is created, managed and effectively
utilized as trusted enterprise assets – which leads to understood, controlled and reliable data.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience is required with an emphasis in

• 4+ years experience in data management, data governance, data quality, master data management,

• Excellent relationship management, interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills along with ability to

• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/projects along with recurring responsibilities, and adjust to changing priorities with minimal leader input.

• Ability to complete data/business analysis, summarize, and communicate highly complex business cases,

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills including pivot tables, advanced charting,

• Maintain a working knowledge of data flows and data sources within relational databases.
