Data Visualization Specialist (REMOTE)

As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and evolving a set of data visualizations to increase sophistication and address new business questions, while ensuring simplicity and ease of use.

You will collaborate closely with Portfolio leadership and business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify valuable metrics, and uncover insights to accelerate the achievement of our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a set of data visualizations and continuously evolve them to enhance sophistication and address new business questions.
• Collaborate with Portfolio leadership and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and determine the most useful metrics and information needed to uncover insights and drive business success.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills to effectively juggle multiple, often competing priorities, and deliver maximum value.
• Design visually appealing and informative data visualizations tailored to different levels of seniority, ranging from business analysts to C-level executives.
• Extract compelling stories and insights from the data, presenting them in a manner that resonates with the intended audience.
• Utilize world-class design skills to ensure ease-of-use and simplicity in the visualizations.
• Track the adoption and usage of data visualizations to evaluate their success and make necessary improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in data visualization, demonstrating the ability to create visually impactful and user-friendly designs.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with Portfolio leadership and business stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in data visualization software/tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Service Now Experience – 3 years minimum
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to extract meaningful stories and insights from complex data sets.
