WHAT DOES A DATABASE DESIGNER DO?
At LEAP, our Database Designers tailor our world-class software to meet the needs of users in different jurisdictions. This position shapes the success of our business and sets us apart from our competitors.
In this role, you will be working in a LEAP proprietary database design platform to build content for new and existing practice areas. You will be working closely with our legal researchers to create the database elements, user interface, and calculators required by our legal clientele.
The Database Designers also contribute to our growing library of over 9,000 automated forms. You will be responsible for populating these forms with information that pulls automatically from client files, allowing users to produce legal documentation efficiently and accurately.

This is the perfect position for someone who wants to combine their eye for design with their understanding of basic programming concepts. We are looking for people who want to work within a supportive team and are driven to find better ways of doing things. This position does not require a degree, and is not suitable for those seeking a development or data analyst role.
