Associate Systems Engineer – Requirements (Entry Level)
Entry-Level Systems Engineer to support requirements management on the Stand in Attack Weapon (SiAW) Program. This is an on-site role (no telecommute) with 10% travel expected.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (0–2 years of experience)
Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo, Rhapsody)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
U.S. Citizenship required
Active Secret Clearance preferred (will confirm if required)
Nice to Have:
Experience in aerospace, missile/weapon systems, or military platforms
Hands-on work with MBSE tools like Cameo
Key Responsibilities:
Manage system requirements in databases like DOORS
Develop major subsystem specifications and trace customer requirements
Conduct gap analysis, create use case diagrams, and support system integration/testing activities

1st shift schedule (9/80 work week
Drug test and background check required

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
