Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to develop strategic plans that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading projects that enhance our service offerings.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic plans that align with company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Lead project management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new business strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and project management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $83,999.00 - $124,648.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Choose your own hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
