?? About the RoleWe"re hiring a Senior Front-End Developer to join our elite engineering team in Boston. You"ll be responsible for building performant, intuitive, and elegant user interfaces that power critical workflows at scale. This role offers true technical ownership, deep product impact, and the opportunity to push the boundaries of web UI in a high-performance environment.

?? What You"ll DoArchitect, build, and maintain advanced web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling
Translate high-fidelity design prototypes into performant, pixel-perfect interfaces
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to define and deliver features
Lead front-end technical direction and contribute to UI/UX best practices
Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability
Champion component reusability, test coverage, and design consistency across the platform
5+ years of experience building high-quality front-end systems at scale
Expertise in React (or similar frameworks), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Deep knowledge of browser performance, rendering pipelines, and optimization strategies
Experience with testing frameworks, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong sense of design and user empathy
Passion for mentorship, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving
Base Salary: $210,000 - $225,000 per year
Signing Bonus: $30,000
