Skills

• Strong command of Dataiku's unique value proposition and key solutions
• Ability to leverage data science concepts to guide customers on their journey with Dataiku
• Project management and storytelling skills
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of assigned accounts across the EMEA - Central Europe region
• Work closely with key customer stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and overall satisfaction
• Develop a deep understanding of customers' business, use cases, and outcomes to guide them to achieve success with Dataiku
• Monitor customers' achievement of desired outcomes and value, and effectively communicate internally and externally
• Establish regular touchpoints with assigned customers to review progress and identify opportunities for expansion
