Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform & Data Services

DataSnipper is at the forefront of innovation in audit and finance world. As we expand into new verticals, we are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the charge in researching and developing groundbreaking solutions.

The Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform and Data Services will be responsible for overseeing our internal platform development and data services. This role requires a deep technical understanding of both platform engineering and data infrastructure, with a focus on enabling our engineering teams to deliver software faster and more efficiently.

What You Will Do:

Lead the development and evolution of DataSnipper's internal platform, focusing on infrastructure, user management, and analytics
Own the internal reporting stack, including pipelines and visualization tooling
Develop and manage client-facing dashboards and analytics features
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement complex platform solutions, such as user permissions and system integrations
Drive improvements in software delivery processes and tooling
Manage the data platform, ensuring it meets the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders to define and implement platform strategies
Balance technical complexity with user experience considerations in platform design

What you bring:

Extensive experience in technical product management, preferably in platform and data services roles
Strong background in software engineering or computer science is beneficial
Deep understanding of platform engineering concepts, including infrastructure, user management, and system integrations
Experience with data platforms, analytics, and reporting infrastructures
Proven track record of managing complex technical products and driving engineering efficiency
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders
Experience with cloud technologies and modern software development practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
