WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking a creative, collaborative Account Coordinator that doesn’t shy away from a challenge. This person should have a collaborative, team-oriented attitude, be pro-active, and have a strong voice to manage and lead their projects. This person should not wait for projects to be assigned, but should be comfortable digging into the clients’ business to help elicit success and growth. A successful Account Executive will work hard, laugh along the way, and be proud of the work delivered.

 

ROLE:

The role of the Account Coordinator is to be responsible for delivering against the direction set by the Account Director.  Manage integrated production with initiatives including video, food shoots, OOH, social, and experiential, independently and confidently. Ensure clear communication, exceptional attention-to-detail, and collaboration to build relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Strong leadership, problem-solving mind set, and organizational skills so execution of all creative solutions are met on time and on budget.


Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management and administration of the account.
  • Leading monthly competitive reports and assisting team in research, strategy, and creative development, with ongoing awareness of how the QSR category works and how well your brand and its competitors are doing.
  • Developing project assignment briefs in partnership with strategy, project management, creatives, and production teams.
  • Work with Project Management and Production to develop project schedules and budgets.
  • Working closely with media partners, internal project management, creative, and production teams to ensure creative assets are to spec, on time, while also managing delivery of all assets.
  • Tracking and distribution of weekly sales and reporting of insights and trends to larger internal teams.
  • Support in the creative development process; be comfortable running projects independently while keeping team members apprised and managing up.
  • Ensure internal teams are clear on daily tasks.
  • Managing status reports and running weekly agency status calls to ensure ongoing communication and distribution of assets with client.
  • Working closely with the Comms Team on our Always on Social and eventually leading those projects.
  • Manage the client budget and billing.
  • Write and distribute clear and concise contact reports for all meetings.
  • Manage development of presentation materials, including legal review and proofreading.
  • Make it your business to know everything happening on your accounts at all times, at the client and internally.


Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of agency experience, preferably at a creatively driven agency.
  • You have your finger on the pulse of culture, and keep an open-mind
  • Must have strong work ethic, spirit, a can-do / proactive attitude, and drive, with solid communication skills and problem-solving mentality, especially on projects with quick turn-around timings. Possess the ability to always remain cool and calm, setting an example for those around you.
  • Must have social media knowledge—awareness of all platforms and how they work. Bonus points if you have previous experience managing any social accounts.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to oversee projects independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have strong video, social, digital and OOH experience.
  • Understanding of the following is a plus, but not required: [QSR or retail industry, Prior food shoot experience.

The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

 

The base salary range is $45k plus benefits.
