LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced banking/trade Client Relationship Manager who has previous experience working for a Futures Commission Merchant for a contract-hire opportunity for a well-known global banking client. Please continue reading and apply if interested!Required Skills:• Client-facing relationship management in banking• Experience as a Futures Clearing Merchant (FCM)• Proficiency with GMI (FIS Sunguard) and FIA Tech Systems• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Experience in a global environment• Ability to drive collaboration and change• Expertise in client execution and clearing for futures and derivatives on global marketsDesired Skills:• Knowledge of exchange rules (CME, Eurex)• Understanding of the delivery process• Familiarity with brokerage, commission, and feesJob Duties:• Interact with top institutional clients and internal business partners• Act as the point of contact for customers in Futures & Options and OTC clearing• Provide support with trade/position management and relationship management• Serve as a subject matter expert for client queries• Navigate the organization to resolve client queries and escalations• Coordinate client requests and outreach, especially around trade dates and options expiries• Maintain frequent dialogue with the Marketing team and track client concerns• Hold regular meetings with priority clients to discuss operational aspects and strategic focus areas• Work with Client Service Relationship Managers to prioritize and resolve client issues• Encourage clients to use self-service opportunities and reduce manual processes• Maintain up-to-date client profiles and proceduresRole Type: contract-hireWorksite Type: hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days work from homeLocation: Downtown ChicagoPay: $47.00-48.40/hr
