Come join in on our purpose – We put people to work, we protect American freedoms, and we help our customers power and improve the world! https://aollc.bizWe’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Day & Zimmermann team.As the Production Supervisor, here’s the work you’ll do:• Assigns production operators to specific jobs to accomplish production or workload schedules.• Directs production processes such as inert material preparing, screening and blending, pelleting, melting, loading, explosive preparation assembly, packing, shipping, repairing, and machining• Monitors quality of production and insures proper use of tools, equipment and materials• Assures subordinates receive adequate safety training and hazardous waste handling and that pertinent regulations are followed.• Establishes employee morale and maintains discipline coordinating with higher authority when appropriate. Promotes and maintains high level of housekeeping.• Maintains a thorough knowledge of assigned production processes, equipment and materialsThis role is for you if you have these skills:• Explosives production and safety• Effective communication skills• Problem solving skills• Conflict Resolution• Employee DevelopmentAnd If You Have These Qualifications• High School diploma or GED required, Associates Degree or higher preferred• 2-5 years related experience• Great attitude and team player.• Successful completion of background screening process.In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $51,440 - $77,160.
