Together as one team, we are Here to move.The purpose of the Power BI Developer is to work with the Intercontinental Supply Chain (ISC) and Ocean Teams to develop efficient and accurate Power BI Dashboard Solutions. The Power BI Developer is responsible for setting up Power BI Dashboards and reporting needed to support the dashboards, and for working with the business stakeholders to analyze requirements and ensure effective data and visualization solutions are built and deployed. Generate KPIs and trending scorecards utilizing complex data sets. The Power BI Developer will establish a presence and collaborate with the reginal and global Power BI Practice. Tasks & Responsibilities: Individual / Accountability• Drive and Implement PBI Dashboard Strategy• Document Power BI Dashboard Requirements• Setup Power BI Dashboards and secure code repository is up to date and transparent. Shared / to be informed• Power BI Dashboard Strategy Key interfaces / to be consulted• Change of Power BI Dashboard Strategy Decision powers Own• Creating and documenting dashboard requirements• Power BI Dashboard layout in collaboration with Program Management• Training of Power BI Dashboard Users Influences / needs to be consulted• Overall strategy of the function Management forum participation• Join ISC & Ocean Leadership Workshops if requested Parameters for success• Working PBI Dashboards with correct logic applied• Self Starter with limited supervision• Ability to identify trend patterns• Strong communicator• Cross product & regional collaboration abilityDetails/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills:• 3-5 years of PBI Dashboard experience• Operational understanding from 3PL• Data Science Degree or similar• Ability to work on large and complex data sets• Strong time management skills• Commitment to excellence & attention to detail• Problem solving & resilience• Motivated & flexible team player We are an equal opportunity employer.
