Director, Strategic Events

dbt Labs is looking for a Director of Strategic Events to lead their event programs and major event sponsorships. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing global corporate and strategic events to drive brand awareness and conversion. This role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders to run impactful event programs.

Skills

8-12 years of B2B event management experience
Experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS
Ability to navigate in-person and virtual events
Ability to engage with C-level executives
Strong leadership and team management skills
Detail-oriented and analytical approach

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and planning of dbt Labs-hosted events
Design engaging event experiences for virtual and in-person attendees
Lead pre-event promotions and post-event communications
Oversee production of executive keynotes and develop partnership opportunities
Lead and develop a team of event marketers
Track ROI and audience feedback for future event optimization

Benefits

Salary Range: $199,000 - $241,000 yearly
