Alight is Looking for a Defined Contribution Leader
You will be responsible for total service delivery for your suite of clients. You will have the opportunity to coordinate across the business, and create client specific plans to increase penetration of DC solutions for your client. On the client side, you will stay abreast of your client’s industry as well as their benefits department’s short term and long term objectives. You will keep up with the regulatory and legislative landscape and the competitive marketplace. You will get to do all of this while growing the talent in DC, and participating in new client opportunities.
Your Impact as a Defined Contribution Leader
Accountable for DC delivery from a client’s view, including other solutions / groups utilized in the overall DC delivery for a client
Proactively deliver ideas and solutions based on client’s needs
Develop talent in DC
Identify and mitigate risk in DC delivery
Hit or exceed targets related to profitability, operational health, confluence adherence, and client satisfaction
Participate in prospective client presentations and sales process
Knowledge and Expertise
Positive change agent internally and externally
Strong communicator who simplifies the complex, can translate strategic direction into team vision and deliverables

Education
Bachelor’s degree (business context preferred) or equivalent work experience required
10+ years in DC and a variety of client experiences
