About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our talent acquisition processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to create a seamless recruitment experience while helping us scale our organization with world-class talent.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar support role within a fast-paced organization

  • Are exceptionally organized and able to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Excel at communication, both written and verbal, and have a strong ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal teams

  • Take initiative, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences
