Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate Deel’s participation in trade shows across the EMEA region.
Manage booth logistics, including setup, teardown, and coordination with vendors.
Plan and execute launch events and Deel dinners across EMEA, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Source and manage venues, caterers, suppliers, and other event-related services.
Organize and execute Sales Kick-Off events for the EMEA team.
Coordinate all aspects of the events, including logistics, agenda, and team-building activities.
Report to the Head of Events on post-event activities, including leads generated, opportunities identified, and other relevant metrics.
Upload event data onto SFDC Campaigns for accurate tracking of Return on Investment (ROI).
Book flights and accommodation for team members traveling to events as needed.
Ensure travel arrangements align with the overall event schedule.
Support the sales team pre-event by providing lead templates and other necessary materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead tracking and maximize ROI.
Assist local Marketing Managers in planning quarterly Deel dinners and afterworks in their respective regions.
Manage logistics, including venue booking, catering, invitations, and swag ordering.
Ability to travel at least twice a month to Deel-organized or sponsored events in the EMEA region.
Key Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to negotiate effectively with venues, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best prices.
Efficient time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure smooth event operations.
Proven project management experience to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and diplomacy to address challenges that may arise during events.
Familiarity with sales and marketing principles to effectively promote events.
Ability to manage event budgets effectively.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and IT skills, including working with Salesforce, Hubspot, Looker, etc.
A flexible, target-driven, and proactive approach to event management.
Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm for creating successful events.
This position requires dedication, flexibility, and a proactive attitude to ensure the successful execution of events across the EMEA region.
