Duties
Bank, PSP and credit cards reconciliations
Validate and maintain cash data on a day to day basis
Report and track connectivity issues
Track aging reports of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
Collaborate with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives
Support month, quarter and annual closing activities and reporting
Support ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
You have at least 1-2 years’ experience with cash management of a multinational, bank or FinTech
You have solid understanding of banking systems and international business, involving multi-currency transactions
You are familiar with the requirements and complexities of global payments transactions (SEPA, SWIFT, API connectivity, banking platforms, TMS, etc.)
You have the ability to prioritize, organize, effectively manage time and work independently with little direction and oversight to meet deadlines
You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel
You are fluent in English (other European/Asian language is a plus)
Providing financial and analytical support including: daily, weekly, monthly reporting on treasury and financial
Monitor all Deel transactions and bank balances on a day to day basis.
Track and solve connectivity issues
Implant live dashboards to monitor and track data discrepancy
Analyze company cash evolution (Pay in and out) and other parameters on a daily basis
