Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead our HRBP team within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) division. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a team of HRBPs while providing strategic HR guidance to our clients, ensuring the seamless management of global workforces. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive HR operations, compliance, and workforce management strategies across multiple regions. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing the client experience, optimizing the PEO services for scalability, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Establish clear team goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the division's strategic objectives and client needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the HRBP team.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as an executive point of escalation for clients on complex HR and employment matters within the PEO framework.
Ensure your team delivers strategic HR guidance, advising on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance across diverse markets.
Strategic HR Leadership:
Drive the development and execution of HR strategies that align with client business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
Collaborate with senior clients and internal leadership to design and implement global HR initiatives that support long-term business goals.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and programs adhere to local labor laws and regulations across multiple regions.
Provide expert advice on complex HR issues, such as terminations, layoffs, and labor disputes, ensuring that risks are mitigated and managed effectively.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle for client organizations, ensuring seamless onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, and offboarding processes.
HR Data Analytics:
Lead your team in leveraging HR data to generate actionable insights, supporting decision-making in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.
Present data-driven HR recommendations to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaboration & Integration:
Partner with internal teams (Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations) to ensure a smooth, integrated PEO experience for clients.
Provide strategic support during client onboarding, transitions, and during periods of organizational change.
Talent Development & Change Management:
Lead initiatives that support clients in designing and implementing talent development programs, leadership development, and employee growth strategies.
Serve as a key advisor during periods of organizational change, including restructures, mergers, and workforce realignments.
Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role. Experience in PEO, global HR consulting, or a similar environment is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
Global Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in managing HR operations for global, distributed workforces, and navigating complex international labor laws and compliance challenges.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams, manage client relationships at the executive level, and drive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Problem-Solving: Strong skills in resolving complex employee relations and compliance issues, with a focus on pragmatic, risk-managed solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex HR strategies and initiatives to diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS systems, HR data analytics, and payroll platforms. Experience with Deel’s platform is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PEO-specific platforms such as PrismHR, along with a track record of scaling HR operations in a high-growth environment.
