You will join the Convert and Scale track, which is a set of teams that focus on the scalability of the business model at DeepL, which is around payments, subscriptions and account management. We cover the infrastructure and revenue generating activities for how DeepL makes its money: identity and access management, subscription and billing engine and platform, conversion and retention optimisation, as well as invoicing and reconciliation with our financial systems, support systems, and also data flow over to enterprise software systems for our marketing and sales account management operations. We support this infrastructure for current and future use cases for our existing products, with the aim of anticipating and accelerating the company's revenue growth expectations through technology.
Develop new frontend components in collaboration with your team
Partner with design and product teams to identify optimal solutions for our users
Write clear, testable code and verify its correctness through unit and E2E testing
Work closely with backend developers to actively contribute to defining API specifications
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and software engineering principles.
Strong experience with React
Experience with Gatsby, Next.js and Tailwind is beneficial
Several years of professional experience in software/web development, working in a team environment
A passion for tackling challenging problems and a growth mindset, working with other engineers to drive innovative solutions and enhance product development
Fluent in English
